For a retailer, checkout is the core process. The e-ticket system must not slow down, complicate or disrupt checkout. That’s what EdgarPOS promises. The Limpidius checkout component is already deployed on over 50,000 checkout registers.
Edgar extracts the tickets - register, bank card, voucher, discount, etc. - directed to the receipt printer and manages all dynamic register pop-up sequences tied to e-tickets. If digital tickets are not available with your checkout software, the Limpidius EdgarPOS component will extract the tickets and manage the associated checkout screens.
Remember that the anti-waste law calls for printing NO checkout receipts (cash, bank card, vouchers, etc.) not just cash receipts. Limpidius manages going both paperless AND digital for ALL checkout receipts without exception.
E-tickets are generally sent to customers by email. On average, 40% of these emails are read. Use this to your advantage and personalise over 75 customer, store and contextual variables.
