How it works

The security officer's control station, reimagined.

A PWA accessible with no download or update required. Works on smartphone, tablet, Zebra or Honeywell device: whatever the officer already has in hand.

Transactions live feed
As soon as a transaction is validated at checkout, it appears instantly on the officer's screen: total amount, exact time, number of items. One tap shows the exact ticket reproduction.
In-situ item scan
The officer scans an item's barcode directly in the customer's bag or trolley. Virgil immediately displays all recent receipts containing that item. No more word-against-word disputes.
Register filters & advanced search
Filter by register type (SCO, standard checkout…), search by exact amount or item reference. Target precisely the area you are monitoring.

From checkout to security officer, in real time.

As soon as a transaction is recorded, Virgil receives the receipt in parallel with the rest of the infrastructure: never after it. The officer gets it faster than the customer, even if customer-side receipt delivery runs into an issue.

The manager generates temporary access for external security contractors. Configurable auto-logout.
Configurable statuses & officer history
Up to 5 configurable statuses: Compliant, Forgotten item, Confirmed theft, Price error… By default each officer only sees the last 2 hours, privacy and relevance guaranteed.
Control statistics per officer
Number of checks performed per hour and per officer. Identification of the most frequent error types: forgotten items, scan errors, confirmed theft.
Multi-store comparison
